Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. Continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms are designed and implemented to ensure processes evolve and improve over time, fostering a culture of ongoing optimization and responsiveness to changing business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending actionable changes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on process objectives and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business workflows effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation to clearly define workflows and requirements.
- Capability to design and implement continuous monitoring systems for process evaluation.
- Problem-solving aptitude to develop innovative solutions that address operational challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
