About the role
- Handling of business development including client sourcing, interactions, etc.
- Involve market based as per tasks below for retail clients
- Client Cold Calls
- Visit clients & understand their requirements
- Coordinate with operations team for fulfilment of client requirements
- Post closure interaction with clients
- Monthly MIS reporting
- Appropriate training shall be provided to the candidates
- Compensation for the right candidate shall not be a constraint
- Shall be target based performance
with a mix of fixed & variable remuneration structure
