Job Overview :The Business Systems Analyst (S/4 HANA CFIN) is responsible for providing expert support, configuration, and troubleshooting for SAP S/4 HANA Finance systems, ensuring smooth system implementation and document replication. The role involves collaborating with business users, delivering strategic insights, and managing financial processes to optimize operations.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities :* Business Support: Provide quick support for a newly deployed system and resolve issues timely.* ECC/CFIN/S4: Have full understanding of document replication from ECC with understanding of ECC systemplus understanding of S4 system.* Hands on configuration experience in S4 Hana Finance* Developing documentation: Creating and maintaining business requirements, Solution Requirements,business process flows, and functional specifications.* Acting as specialists in SAP CFIN/FICO during implementations.* Participating in project cutover activities: Preparing and reconciling initial load templates.* Working with business users: Conducting sessions with business users as needed.* Collaborating with the Basis team: Providing guidance during troubleshooting.* Delivering strategic business insights: Helping business make informed decisions to optimize operations.
Requirements :* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on S/4 Hana platform* Good experience in S4 Hana financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),Accounts* Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) is a huge plus* Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models* Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems* Ability to analyze business requirements and develop fit to standard solution. Provide optimal options tobridge solution gaps.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
