Education - BE Mech

Experience - 10 to 15 years

Location - Pune

Overall purpose:

Procurement of all Fabricated items ie Structure, Ducting, Casing, Boiler Stack, APH, Shop attachments.

Procurement of Piping IBR/NIBR , Pressure part subcontracting etc.

Procurement of refractory and insulation including site contracts.  

Key Result Areas – Functional:

1. Hands on experience in procurement of fabricated items like Structural, Ducting, Shop attachments, Boiler Stack, APH module etc.
2. Hands on experience in procurement /contract finalization of Refractory and insulation application in shop and at site.
3. Hands on experience in procurement/ contract finalization of Pressure part subcontracting including piping i.e. Coils, drum, panels, IBR/NIBR piping.
4. Should be able to understand specifications, drawings, IBR requirements, and applicable material codes.
5. Able to analyses most suitable supplier.
6. Ability to have Technical & commercial negotiation with supplier.
7. Should be able to finalize order / contract with supplier.
8. Should be aware of the Commercial terms and should be able to frame contracts.
9. Monitoring execution of contract and ensuring deliveries as per project schedule.
