About the role
- Configure and support Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher modules.
- Manage warehouse task creation, task assignment, and resource dispatching activities.
- Work with business users to understand warehouse operational requirements.
- Configure workflows related to receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Optimize labor utilization and task allocation through Dispatcher functionality.
- Support WMS integrations with ERP systems, automation equipment, and third-party applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot warehouse operational issues.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Conduct UAT, system testing, and user training activities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
