Job Description (JD) – Software EngineerPosition: Software Engineer - Telecom DomainLocation: Gurgaon Experience: 2-4 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Software Engineer focusing on Radio Access Network components with strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C, C++, Python, Database Management Systems (DBMS), SQL, HTML, Go (Golang), Linux and Data Structures & Algorithms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive software of RAN and core systems.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and reports using SQL.
Design, develop, and maintain software modules for radio network elements.

- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code in C, C++, Python, and Go.
- Implement optimized solutions using Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and application deployment.
Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration, scaling, service discovery, and workload management.
- Work on Linux-based environments for development, debugging, and deployment.
- Build and maintain web-based interfaces using HTML and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot software defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and scalability.

Required Skills Domain

- Experience in telecom product companies working on 4G/5G infrastructure.
- Understanding of migration paths from legacy 2G/3G networks to LTE/5G networks.

- Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is desirable.
