C++ Developer

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid / Onsite / Remote — as per company policy)

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern C++, problem-solving skills, and experience working in large-scale software systems or product development environments.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software components using C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Optimize applications for performance, memory management, and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and follow best coding practices.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest C++ standards and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
• Proficiency with STL, templates, multithreading, and memory management.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and build systems (CMake, Make, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Solid debugging and performance profiling skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Experience with network programming (TCP/IP, sockets).
• Exposure to real-time systems, embedded development, or financial/trading platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, or Rust as a secondary language.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Google Test, Catch2).
