About the role
The Capacity and Resource Management (C&RM) Team Senior Associate will be an integral member of the C&RM Team supporting such functions as schedulingand tracking resource and engagement forecasts, analyzing forecasting and utilization trends, as well as other data management responsibilities. The individual will continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements, and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources at INDUS (GT).
The individual will work closely with the C&RM Manager and Assistant Manager and offer critical advice to the business leads around demand and supply management, industry and market trends, and application to the current functional processes.
