About the role
- Develop detailed CAD models for piping, lift, and TPL systems using UGNX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydraulic components into overall system designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed analysis and simulations to optimize system performance.
- Document design specifications and maintain accurate project records.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve design efficiency.
- Support the manufacturing team with accurate and detailed technical drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends to enhance design processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in CAD modeling, especially in Piping and Hydraulics.
- Proficiency in UGNX and other relevant CAD software.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and component design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical details.
- Experience with design for manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design practices and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
