CAD Engineer - Plastic Design

• Design and develop advanced plastic components for console and UGNX systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate plastic components into overall system designs.
• Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure component durability and performance.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Develop and implement quality control protocols for plastic components.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on new component designs.
• Utilize UGNX software to model and simulate component performance under various conditions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in plastic materials.
• Document all design processes, specifications, and testing results for compliance and future reference.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing plastic components for industrial applications.
• Strong understanding of UGNX software and its applications in component design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Proficiency in material testing and analysis techniques.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing plastic components.
