JR: CAD integration Developer
Positions: 5
Responsibilities:
· 5+ years of Experience in CAD integration and PLM Projects
· Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
· Install, configure, and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Capital, and Altium.
· Ensure correct deployment of Teamcenter Integration for NX (TCIN), Teamcenter Integration for CATIA (TCIC), and other CAD/EDA connectors.
· Configure multi-CAD environments ensuring interoperability and compliance with enterprise standards.
· Define and manage configuration mapping: attributes, metadata, revision rules, BOM mapping, and part numbering rules.
· Configure and validate drawing template mapping to ensure CAD drawings comply with enterprise standards when stored in Teamcenter.
· Work with pax file configurations (NX) to manage customer defaults, templates, drafting standards, and CAD environment settings.
· Map CAD properties (e.g., part numbers, titles, material, compliance attributes) to Teamcenter Item properties.
· Perform server-side installation, updates, and environment setup for CAD integrations.
· Configure CAD check-in/check-out, assembly structure synchronization, BOM alignment, and JT visualization.
· Troubleshoot and resolve CAD-PLM integration issues (connectivity, data mapping, version mismatches).
· Support Dispatcher configuration for translations (JT, PDF, STEP, etc.).
· Document all integration configurations, pax file setups, and drawing mapping standards for knowledge sharing and audits.
· Hands-on experience with BMIDE for customizing Item types, attributes, and CAD properties
· Configure Capital integration property files for correct data exchange and mapping with Teamcenter
