Sr. Engineering Application (CAD) support /Lead- JD
- 7+yrs
- Loc: Baroda or any LnT office except Blr.
- Good knowledge about the Engineering applications Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, AutoCAD plant 3D, Civil 3D, BIM 360, Autodesk construction cloud Autodesk Vault), Trimble Tekla, Bentley application (Bentley STAAD Structural CONNECT, Bentley view, MicroStation) and AVEVA applications (PDMS, E3D), Creo, Bluebeam etc
- Prior experience in Application Technical Support and IT support
- Application packaging and deployment
- Knowledge on the procedures and processes
- Driving the team to bring the tickets to closure on time.
- Keeping the team motivated to take up new responsibilities.
- Assisting the team with any queries or concerns
- Make sure that the deployment and implementation goes on smoothly.
- Brainstorm and find quick fix to new issues and challenges.
- Present Status of the projects being handled to client on the periodic manner.
- Managing the Level 2 & 3 support for Engineering Applications
- Manage new version applications roll out.
