Required Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
3+ years of experience in strength & durability analysis
Proficient in ANSA/Abaqus (Standard/Explicit)/Nastran/MetaPost
Closures load Cases: Oil canning, Static & dynamic stiffness, Slam durability
Front and Rear door trim – arm rest, pull cup, map pocket static load Cases
Body Load Cases: body Panel Oil canning, Tow eye, Trailer hitch, Wiper, Pedal strength load case, Body durability
Exterior Trims: Front & Rear Fascia static stiffness & strength load Cases, Spoiler, air guide, front & rear wheel arch, cladding belly pan stiffness load case
Fuel filler & Charging port: Body parts strength & stiffness
IP & Console: Subsystem level simulations
ü Proficiency in discipline attribute performance, issue resolution and design enablers identification
ü Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
ü Knowledge about regulatory requirements and compliance
ü Information about ICE to BEVs, Battery platform changes content & respective CAE attributes
ü Ability to work in teams & independently in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
