About the role

DriveTech Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an EMS ECU Calibration & Validation Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in gasoline EMS calibration and validation. The role involves ECU function validation, vehicle testing, CAN/LIN diagnostics, ECU flashing, WLTP compliance, and technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ETAS INCA, Vector tools, UDS/OBD diagnostics, and automotive ECU validation. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a valid LMV driving license are required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

3–4 years of experience in EMS ECU Calibration & Validation.

Hands-on experience with ETAS INCA, MDA, CANoe, CANalyzer, Indigo, and vFlash.

Strong knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, OBD, DTC, DiD, Variant Coding, and EOL validation.

Experience in WLTP emission compliance and gasoline EMS development.

Familiarity with DFMEA, ISO 26262, and Automotive Cybersecurity.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Valid LMV Driving License.
