Job Role: Card SME (Manual Testing)
Location: Mumbai, Trill
Experience: 3-6 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong manual testing experience with deep functional knowledge of debit cards and credit cards.
- End-to-end understanding of the card lifecycle, including product setup, card issuance, activation, usage, authorisation, clearing, settlement, billing, repayment, collections, dispute, chargeback, fraud controls, replacement, renewal and closure.
- Hands-on knowledge of OTS/VTS simulators and card transaction testing across ATM, POS, e-commerce, contactless, domestic and international channels.
- Good understanding of card schemes, transaction messages, response codes, reversals, refunds, advice messages and exception handling.
- Mobile banking testing knowledge for card servicing, transaction controls, limits, PIN services, block/unblock and customer notifications.
- Ability to review requirements, identify business scenarios, define UAT scope, build test coverage and ensure requirement traceability.
- Ability to guide testers, review test cases and evidence, triage defects and support business sign-off.
- Good stakeholder-management skills and ability to work with business, operations, technology, fraud, finance and reconciliation teams.
