About the role
Managing relationship with builder and channel partners & driving Branch Sales.
Credit: Conduct the credit evaluation of sales ongoing.
Understanding credit worthiness by verifying the income documents
depending upon the profile of customers, Presenting the case to credit
underwriter for sanction.
Business Development: On boarding new channels, DSAs & builders on system. Reactivating dormant
channels.
Collection: To manage fresh flow, Hard bucket and NPA customers for portfolio
assigned. Coordinate with Legal team to carry out legal proceedings to clear the
collections.
Sanctioning the files through digital channel.
Branch operations: Keeping a close track and maintaining branch’s operation as per designed ways.
