About the role
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in testing
- Should be well versed in creating test plan, Test Strategy
- Should have automation experience
- Chatbot testing experience - both Manual and Automation
- should have experience with Chatbot automation frameworks like Botium
- Should be aware of DevOps and integration of Automation suite in CICD pipeline
- Should have knowledge on how AI and Machine learning works
- Should have knowledge on both Manual testing and Automation testing for both Client and server side, .
- Should have knowledge on Load testing, Performance testing
- Should have experience writing test cases, preferably for Chatbot
- Should Know any Automation Scripting language
- English communication skills required, mainly written but verbal English
- Interest in Testing chat bots, well-informed and updated with industry trends
- Hybrid app, Web app testing experience
- If already worked on Overall Chatbot Testing strategies and execution is plus point
