About the role
Drive overall business growth across Sales & Distribution, KCG, and EPCG verticals
Partner with regional/local sales teams to promote and increase Passive product penetration
Build and manage relationships with key institutional clients, distributors, and channel partners
Develop and execute strategies for ETF and Passive product growth across segments
Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, investments) to align business objectives
Support local teams through product training, client meetings, and joint sales initiatives
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base in Passive products
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies
Ensure achievement of KPI targets for Passive business
Drive awareness and adoption of ETFs and index products across client segments
