About the role

Key Responsibilities

•       Be the Founder's Execution Partner – Take ownership of converting key founder-led strategies into structured execution across all three ventures.

•       Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives – Coordinate with ops, marketing, product, HR, finance, consultants, and vendors to move the needle.

•       Solve, Not Escalate – Trusted to resolve operational and strategic challenges without pushing every issue upwards.

•       Manage Special Projects – From Europe launch plans to AI product build-outs to P&L optimisation in catering — own and drive mission-critical initiatives.

•       Build Internal Capability – Drive process-building, hiring, and capability enhancement; work with external consultants when needed.

Track & Deliver Outcomes – Translate the Founder's goals into your goals. Expect clear accountability and autonomy.

Key Success Parameters

•       Conversion of founder-led strategy into structured, time-bound execution plans across all three ventures.

•       Measurable progress on cross-functional initiatives — with clear milestones and on-time delivery.

•       Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently without escalation.

•       Quality and impact of special projects managed (e.g. Europe launch, AI venture, P&L optimisation).

•       Stakeholder feedback on communication, influence, and collaboration effectiveness.

•       Contribution to process-building and internal capability development.

Mandatory

•       Engineering or business management degree (or both) from a reputed institute.

•       5–7 years of total work experience, ideally spanning at least one large brand and one or two smaller organisations.

•       Prior exposure to startup or fast-paced growth environments — must be comfortable rolling up sleeves and figuring things out on the fly.

•       Proven execution focus: ability to convert strategy into plans and plans into outcomes.

•       Strong communicator with high EQ — able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders without direct authority.

•       Analytical and data-literate: comfortable with Excel, KPIs, and P&L logic.

•       Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

•       Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, work-from-office role.

Preferred

•       Prior experience in food & beverage, QSR, or B2B catering industries.

•       Exposure to both large brands and early-stage or growth-stage startups.

•       Understanding of unit economics and profitability frameworks in multi-outlet operations.

•       Experience managing or coordinating international projects or expansions.

Familiarity with AI/technology product environments is a plus.

Personal Traits

•       Grit and resilience — someone who has earned every step forward and thrives under pressure.

•       Hunger and ambition — genuinely motivated to build something meaningful.

•       Humility — zero entitlement mindset; willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes.

•       Customer and quality obsessed — excellence is non-negotiable; thinks in terms of delighting users.

•       Collaborative — knows how to get things done through people with different backgrounds and experience levels.

Sharp thinker — structured, analytical, and decisive; does not over-escalate.
