About the role
SRKP Group is looking for a high-energy Chief of Staff to work directly with the Promoter, driving strategic initiatives, business growth projects, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving business problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and turning ideas into action.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Promoter on strategic and operational priorities.
- Drive growth, transformation, and special projects across businesses.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on process optimisation, productivity enhancement, and cost efficiencies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions and ensure accountability for results.
- Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on critical business decisions.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, MIS, and decision-making frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and opportunity assessments.
- Support leadership in planning, prioritisation, and execution.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Management Consulting, Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Strong execution mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working directly with Founders, Promoters, CXOs, or Leadership Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Need only ex big 4s/ or Big 4 candidates who worked with Promoters/MDs/CXO etc in operations/revenue/growth/transformation kind of projects, 2-6 yrs.
- Real estate domain is an added advantage.
