Chief Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

RiskStrategyDevelopment:

·Leadthedevelopmentandimplementationofacomprehensiveriskmanagementstrategytailored to the EPC industry.

·Establishandmaintainriskmanagementpolicies,frameworks,andgovernancestructures.

·Alignriskmanagementpracticeswiththecompany’sstrategicgoals,ensuringtheintegrationofrisk considerations into decision-making processes.

RiskIdentificationandAssessment:

·Identifyandassesspotentialrisksthatcouldimpactthecompany’soperations,includingfinancial, operational, strategic, legal, environmental, and reputational risks.

·AnalyzerisksassociatedwithindividualEPCprojects,includingprojectdelays,costoverruns,safety concerns, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact.

RiskMitigationandControl:

·Developandimplementmitigationplanstoreducethelikelihoodorimpactofidentifiedrisks.

·Adviseseniorleadershipandprojectteamsonriskexposureandrecommendproactivemeasures for risk mitigation.

ProjectRiskManagement:

·Workcloselywith SBG/DivisionwithProjectmanagerstoidentifyandmanagerisksonlarge-scale EPC projects.

·Overseetheintegrationofriskmanagementprocessesintoallprojectphases,frombiddingthrough to project completion.

·Ensurethatrisksinprocurement,construction,andengineeringactivitiesareproperlymanaged.

ReportingandCommunication:

·ReportregularlytotheMD&CEO,Chairman,andseniorleadershiponthecompany’sriskprofile, risk management activities, and mitigation progress.

·Provideinsightintorisktrends,issues,andopportunitiesforimprovingriskmanagementprocesses.

·Leadriskreviewsessionswithkeystakeholderstoensurealignmentonriskpriorities.

TeamLeadershipandDevelopment:

·Leadandmentortheriskmanagementteam,promotingacultureofriskawarenessacrossthe organization.

Strongunderstandingofriskmanagementprinciples,methodologies,andtools. Experience with risk management software and analytics.

Provenabilitytomanagecomplexprojectsandlargeteams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depthknowledgeofEPCprojectlifecycleandassociatedrisks.
