About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR leader who can drive HR strategy, workforce retention, and industrial relations while also leading policy transformation and senior talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both hands-on workforce management and high-level HR leadership.
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Currently a CHRO or One Step Below (VP HR, Group HR Director, Head of HR & IR, or equivalent role) ✔ Strong in factory workforce engagement, industrial relations, and compliance ✔ Proven expertise in senior talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR transformation ✔ Track record of reducing attrition and implementing retention strategies ✔ Experienced in wage negotiations, labor relations, and compliance (Factories Act, CLRA, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and align HR policies with long-term business goals. ✅ Workforce Engagement & Retention – Implement strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee morale. ✅ Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning – Build pipelines for skilled blue-collar workers and senior leadership. ✅ Industrial Relations & Compliance – Maintain positive labor relations and ensure 100% legal compliance. ✅ HR Digitalization & Policy Development – Implement HRMS, workforce analytics, and scalable HR frameworks.
