About the role
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the organisation's information security strategy and roadmap.
- Lead Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 SOC 2 RBI guidelines, and the DPDP Act.
- Drive secure software development practices, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
- Strengthen cloud security, identity and access management, and third-party risk management.
- Build and mentor a high-performing security team while fostering a strong security culture across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, and manage enterprise security risks.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Information Security, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS), Security Operations, IAM, DevSecOps, and Risk and Compliance.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Security Speciality are a plus.
