About the role
- Own the city P&L, driving growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead and scale offline retail operations across city hubs and experience centres.
- Build and execute the city business roadmap, aligned with national priorities and local market needs.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales and customer experience teams.
- Drive city-level pilots, GTM initiatives, and category expansion while ensuring process discipline and quality.
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, operations, or strategy, preferably in FMCG, consumer tech, or high-growth environments, with strong business acumen, people leadership, and a bias for action.
