About the role
We are looking for experienced City Operations Leaders to drive end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within a city.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end city and dark store operations.
- On-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer SLAs.
- Daily operational KPIs and corrective actions.
- Team leadership across operations managers, fleet supervisors, and the contract workforce.
- City-level P& L, cost control, and profitability.
- Workforce planning and productivity improvement.
- Client onboarding and operational expansion.
- Network coverage and market growth within the city.
- City-level escalations from clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations.
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing multiple dark stores/clusters/city-level operations.
- Strong expertise in team leadership, KPI management, workforce planning, process optimization, and P& L ownership.
- Candidates from City Lead, Cluster Manager, City Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, or similar roles are highly preferred.
