About the role
- Own city P&L, supply, revenue, and growth, with a strong focus on scaling the city business and achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Own end-to-end supply operations — from customer inspection requests and car evaluation to negotiation, procurement, paperwork, and final delivery.
- Lead large, diverse teams across on-ground inspectors/evaluators, OAs, AMs, negotiation, delivery, and sales, ensuring adequate manpower and operational efficiency.
- Manage and grow the dealer ecosystem through BDMs, regular dealership visits, vendor management, and building strong dealer relationships.
- Drive dealer/channel sales and procurement, ensuring competitive and fair deals while improving city-level supply and revenue.
- Develop city-level growth strategies based on market demand, supply constraints, customer requirements, and priorities across Demand and Auctions.
- Drive operational excellence and execution by ensuring TAT, quality, process discipline, and quick resolution of day-to-day operational bottlenecks.
- 4–8 years of experience across sales, operations, supply, business, or strategy roles, preferably in automotive, FMCG, consumer tech, or other high-growth environments.
