Responsibilities1. Client Experience & Consultation• Welcome clients visiting the Experience Centre and provide a premium experience.• Conduct walkthroughs to showcase Gamlaa’s greenery solutions and design concepts.• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plantscaping solutions.2. Solution Selling & Sales Support• Handle client consultations through value-based and consultative selling.• Present greenery concepts and coordinate with the design team for proposals.• Convert enquiries into business opportunities through effective follow-ups.3. Client & Partner Relationship Management• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and Experience Centre visits.4. Lead Management & Coordination• Track enquiries and support the sales conversion process.• Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for smooth execution.5. Experience Centre Management• Maintain the Experience Centre displays and ensure a premium visitor experience.
