About the role
Strategy Development:
● Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored
strategies and solutions.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in client
campaigns.
Project Management:
● Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns including Social
Media Management, Website management, Performance Marketing Campaigns,
SEO and content creation and marketing.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign delivery on time and
within budget.
● Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for
improvements.
Client Relationship Management:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and
updates.
● Understand client goals and objectives and work to exceed their expectations.
Reporting and Analysis:
● Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
● Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for
optimization.
Client Updates:
● Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and the value of our services.
● Offer guidance on optimizing their online presence and achieving their marketing
objectives.
