About the role
● Assist RMs with processing client transactions, tracking transaction status, and ensuring timely completion.
● Coordinate with Mutual Fund AMCs, banks, and other external partners to resolve transaction and client-related queries.● Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.
● Support month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliation activities.
● Assist in preparing taxation-related reports, statements, and client data as required.
● Maintain accurate records of client transactions, requests, documentation, and follow-ups.
● Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, AMC representatives, and banking partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.
● Support RMs in ensuring a smooth and timely client onboarding and servicing experience.
● Identify operational gaps and proactively follow up to ensure timely closure of client requests.
● Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and process adherence.
● Handle other administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
● Strong client service and communication skills.
● Good understanding of financial services, mutual funds, investments, or fintech operations.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and reports.
● Good Excel/MIS and data management skills.
● Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
