Requirements:● MDS with 3–5 years of post-MDS experience● Proven experience managing multiple dental clinics / centers (4+ clinics) or experiencemanaging a very high performing clinic● Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills● Comfortable with targets, numbers, and performance tracking● Experience handling complete clinic operations● Ability to balance clinical responsibility + operational ownership● Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities:● Lead and manage multiple dental clinics within the assigned cluster● Ensure high clinical quality, SOP adherence, and exceptional patient experience● Drive productivity, conversions, and clinic performance● Own end-to-end clinic operations including staffing, workflows, and discipline● Mentor, guide, and review CGDs, doctors, and clinic teams
