Job Title: Cloud Engineer 3-5 Yrs

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Java and SQL, along with basic knowledge of AWS and data warehousing concepts. This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems and data. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and best practices in cloud environments.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud security architectures and frameworks.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for cloud services.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and respond to s in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance on secure coding practices and data protection measures.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies in cloud computing.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and querying.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud security best practices.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures.

• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.
• Knowledge of Yugabyte and Aerospike databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in cloud security or related areas are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
