About the role
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, virtualisation, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong experience with virtualisation platforms and enterprise storage technologies.
- Proven experience in migrating workloads across VMware, AWS, Azure, or other cloud/virtualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of virtualisation concepts, network architecture, and system security best practices.
- Proficient in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, or RHEL).
- Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Good understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker, LXC, or Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Experience with monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Ability to manage production-grade environments with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
