Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud professional with comprehensive Azure & AWS cloud knowledge who performs end-to-end services for clients using a consultative approach.
Years of experience needed – 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills:
· Knowledge of Cloud providers including Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge on Azure, AWS cloud – PaaS, IaaS environment
• Knowledge on cloud landing zone
• Participation in an on-call rotation and operate effectively in a global 24×7 environment.
• Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment.
• Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve production services
• Must be able to work extended hours as needed including being available for off hours production support
• Front line support for Cloud Monitoring – Infrastructure and Application
• Scale infrastructure capacity on production
• Initiate Incident Response for cloud outages
• Assist in security vulnerability and remediation
• Participate in Cloud Updates and Maintenance
• Communicate and troubleshoot operational issues supporting a complex environment
• Respond to product escalations from Support as well as Engineering
• Analyze trends to pro-actively prevent incidents
• Support and sustain customer facing AWS Production.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management for complex software management
• Monitor and analyses system logs and RCA
• Ability to think outside-of-the-box to generate creative solutions to problems
• Monitor site reliability and performance
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly with some support and guidance
• Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Linux/Unix administration
• Requires the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· Additional skills:
· Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems - experience of supporting and troubleshooting issues and performance.
· Working knowledge of Azure/AWS Products Services, Relational and NoSQL Databases, SQL DB, Caching, Object and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancing, CDNs, Networking etc
· Experience with PowerShell and Resource Manager
· Ensuring timely resolution for production issues, doing a root cause analysis for Sev1 issues and document the same. Recommend the corrective action plan for the same.
· Good hands-on experience in performing Cloud Assessment and Migration using industry standard tools
· Monitoring and analyzing Azure/AWS Diagnostic Logs/Audits
· Manage Identity Access management of Azure/AWS like Azure Subscriptions, Azure AD, Azure, Azure AD
