About the role
Role Purpose
Manage Amaron Assist franchisee operations in the assigned city, ensuring efficient service delivery, franchisee performance, revenue growth and adherence to defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day franchisee operations, manpower and capacity to maximize
service fulfilment.
Monitor job acceptance, allocation, execution and TAT; address delays and
operational issues.
Drive franchisee revenue while ensuring adherence to approved pricing and service
processes.
Monitor franchisee performance, service quality, costs and compliance through
regular reviews and audits.
Ensure timely digital job updates, closure, customer confirmation and incident
reporting.
Develop Franchisee SPOCs through training, guidance and regular performance
support.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements in coordination with
the central team.

Candidate Profile
Experience in automotive service, franchise operations or field operations, with strong
team management, coordination, problem-solving and performance-management skills.
