We are looking for hands-on electronics manufacturing professional to lead appliance productionoperationsatthecluster/plant level.This roleistheexecutionengineof owningshopfloorperformance,electronicsassemblyquality,teamproductivity,and operational metrics day to day.

KRA

1. ShopFloor&ProductionManagement

•Manageend-to-endproductionof appliancesacrossassignedcluster—PCBassembly, SMT lines, power board testing, coil assembly, and final box-build

•Achievedaily,weekly,andmonthlyproductionoutputtargetswithhighOEE(OverallEquipment Effectiveness)

•Driveshiftplanning,manpowerallocation,andthroughputefficiencyacrossassemblylines

•LeadLean/Kaizeninitiativestoreducecycletime,rework,andmaterialwastage

2. ElectronicsAssembly&ProcessOwnership

•OwnSMT(SurfaceMountTechnology)andthrough-holesolderingprocessesforcontrol boards and power PCBs

•EnsurecorrectsetupandcalibrationofSMTmachines,reflowovens,wavesoldering,andICT fixtures

•MonitorIGBTassembly,coilgaptolerances,andpowerboardfunctionalperformance

•ImplementandenforceESD(ElectrostaticDischarge)controlsandIPCclassstandardsacrossthe line

3. Quality,Testing&Compliance

•Drivefirst-passyield(FPY)targetsandreducefieldreturn/defectrateson appliancesproducts.

•Managein-circuittesting(ICT),functionaltesting(power,temperaturecontrol,safetycutoff),and end-of-line quality checks

•EnsureallproductscomplywithBISIS302-2-6standardsbeforedispatch

•Leadrootcauseanalysis(8D/5-Why)forproductiondefectsandimplementcorrectiveactions

4. Component&MaterialManagement

•Coordinatewithprocurementforcomponentavailability—IGBTs,capacitors, micro controllers, coils, glass tops

•Managematerialflowontheshopfloor—kitting,WIPcontrol,andinventory accuracy

•Trackandflagcomponentqualityissues;coordinatewithincomingQCandvendorsforresolution

5. TeamLeadership

•Leadateamof30–80operators,technicians,andlinesupervisorsacrossthecluster

•Drivedailyproductionhuddles,skilldevelopmentprograms,andcross-trainingoftechnicians

•Maintaindiscipline,safetycompliance(OSHA/factoryact),andapositiveshopfloorculture

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

•11–18yearsofexperienceinelectronicsmanufacturing—specificallyinconsumerappliances, EMS companies, or kitchen appliance plants.

•Stronghands-onelectronicsbackground—SMToperations,IGBT-basedpowerelectronics,PCB assembly, and functional testing

•Experiencemanagingahigh-volumeassemblylineorclusterincompanies.

•PracticalknowledgeofBIScertificationprocesses,IPC-A-610standards,andISO9001QMS

•Lean/SixSigmaGreenBeltpreferred;hands-onwithOEEtracking,SMED,andlinebalancing

•Abilitytoreadandinterpretcircuitdiagrams,PCBlayouts,andBOMstructures
