Job Purpose To derive insurance business from assigned TPD Indian Bank channel partners, build strong relationships with Indian Bank branches, provide pre- and post-sales support, lead the sales team, and achieve consistent business growth. 2. Dimensions • Team Size: 10–11 employees • Annualized Premium Target: ?5–10 Crore • Customer Complaints: Zero Indian Bank customer complaints • Persistency: 80% Premium and 80% Policy Persistency 3. Key Challenges • Market volatility. • Alignment with TPD Indian Bank stakeholders. • Balancing compliance with partner expectations. • Sustaining business growth and service quality. 4. Principal Accountabilities • Achieve premium and revenue targets. • Manage relationships with Indian Bank Branch Heads. • Drive branch activation and business development. • Ensure sales process excellence and compliance. • Coach branch staff and internal teams. • Maintain product mix and business quality. • Drive persistency and customer satisfaction. 5. Key Relationships Internal: HR, Trainers, Support Executive, Issuance Coordinator, Client Service. External: TPD Indian Bank Branch Heads, Branch Teams, Customers.
