- Driving, coaching, and auditing of 4DX activities.
- Drive SMP adherence
- Strategize & drive HO & Zonal initiatives in close co-ordination with ZVP/RVP
- Data analysis along with problem identification & suggesting solutions.
- NEW RDM /New Branches / SPL30 Branches productivity-( Lic and APE )
- Ensure Efficient NEW RDM Onboarding - Ensuring their development activities happen as per process and requirement (Recruitment and Sales)
- Responsible for implementation and institutionalization of Internal Business Processes
- Ensuring quality of business & same month new business conversion ratio 85%
- Customer Complaints & Grievances analysis, monitor redressal status
