Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and set up 5-axis CNC Milling machines.
- Create and modify 2D/3D toolpaths as required for advanced machining.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Work efficiently with G & M codes and machine controls.
- Perform precision machining operations using boring tools and advanced cutters.
- Conduct machine offset adjustments, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished components using precision measurement tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with 5-axis milling operations.
- Strong 2D programming knowledge (3D knowledge is an added advantage).
- Good understanding of drawings, GD&T, and machining sequences.
- Familiarity with G & M codes and CNC controllers.
