Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC Turning machines.
- Develop and execute 2D turning programs.
- Interpret engineering drawings and turning components.
- Work with G & M codes for machine operations.
- Perform roughing, finishing, grooving, threading, and boring operations.
- Adjust tool offsets, speed/feed, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and continuous quality checks.
- Maintain machine safety and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 2D Turning programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of G & M codes.
- Experience in turning operations and measuring instruments.
