About the role

The Team Lead - Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding will lead recruitment delivery while functioning as a Center of Excellence (CoE) Subject Matter Expert for TCS HRO clients. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, quality, SLA adherence, recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction. The incumbent will act as a trusted recruitment SME, proactively resolving client issues, anticipating future hiring risks, and recommending scalable, data-driven, and future-ready recruitment solutions ahead of time.
