About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Collections team as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Your main focus will be on collection efforts, where you will work closely with delinquent customers to recover overdue amounts.
