The Sitting Elephant, our renowned rooftop restaurant at Hotel EllBee Ganga View in Rishikesh, is hiring an experienced and passionate Commi 1 (Indian & Tandoor). The ideal candidate will help develop and execute Indian and tandoor dishes, maintain high kitchen standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. Experience in vegetarian cuisine and the ability to work in a team are essential.

Aapka kaam hoga Indian aur Tandoori dishes banana, kitchen ki hygiene maintain karna, aur guest satisfaction ensure karna. Veg cuisine ka experience aur team ke saath kaam karne ki ability honi chahiye.

Requirements
