Position: Company Secretary (CS) Intern/ Article

Duration:
21 Months As per ICSI Guidelines (Apprenticeship)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Corporate Governance: Support in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Record-keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records, including minutes of meetings,
resolutions, and statutory forms.
- Support Board Meetings: Help in organizing and
preparing agenda and papers for board meetings.
- Filing and Submission: Assist in filing
necessary documents with regulatory authorities, such as annual returns
and changes in directorship.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on
relevant corporate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CS team as needed.
Requirements:
●Current
student pursuing a Company Secretarial course or related field.
●Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail.
●Good
communication skills, both verbal and written.
●Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
●Proficiency
in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
Qualifications:
●Prior
internship experience in a corporate environment, if any
●Familiarity
with corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
●Ability
to handle confidential information with discretion. Candidates
who have cleared both Executive Group I and Group II are eligible to apply for
this 21-month article ship.
