About the role
Role Purpose Ensure statutory, regulatory, and system compliance across manufacturing operations while supporting global certification and audit requirements including ISO, OHSAS, SMETA, and RJC standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS / ISO 45001, SMETA, and RJC standards across manufacturing operations Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations Maintain compliance documentation, audit records, and SOP adherence across departments Monitor and support health, safety, environmental, and ethical compliance frameworks Liaise with certification bodies, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities Conduct compliance reviews, gap assessments, and corrective action tracking Drive awareness and training on compliance standards across the organization Support continuous improvement in compliance processes and systems Experience 5–8 years of experience in compliance roles within a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience in ISO / OHSAS / SMETA / RJC audits and certification processes Strong understanding of audit preparation, regulatory documentation, and compliance systems Education & Qualification Engineering Graduate (BE / B.Tech) or Science Graduate (BSc) Certification in ISO Standards / Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) – Preferred Exposure to OHSAS / ISO 45001, SMETA, and RJC compliance frameworks Additional certification in Compliance, Safety, or Audit Systems will be an advantage Industry: Manufacturing Experience: 5 to 8 Years
