About the role
Responsibilities:
- We are recruiting for a consultant in the Corporate Finance team. In this team, you will be expected to:
- Analyze capital equipment valuations, fixed asset registers (FARs), balance sheet reconciliations, and asset classing.
- Independently prepare/update valuation models and reports for Capital Equipment / Personal Property / Plant and Equipment.
- Set up the fully integrated valuation models and prepare the majority of sections of valuation reports based on client FAR and inputs provided by the engagement team.
- Review third-party valuation/management reports for reasonableness.
- Perform market research to estimate replacement costs, useful lives, and depreciation techniques for different types of machinery and equipment.
- Stay updated on current business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients.
- Review the work of/guide team members.
- Build strong professional relationships with onshore teams through project work.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance and Investment Management).
