About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fund Reporting Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, an understanding of GAAPs, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. You will play a key role in preparing and analyzing financial data to support our fund management operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to support fund management operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information.
- Provide training and support to junior team members.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the audit process by preparing and organizing financial documentation.
- Develop and implement financial reporting best practices.
- Hold a CA or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Have a strong understanding of GAAP.
- Show experience in fund reporting or a similar financial role.
- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
