- Management of project time cost
- Handling end-to-end individual tax compliances for expatriates (inbound and outbound) like preparation of tax computations, quarterly withholding tax returns, withholding tax certificate, New Labour codes, India Income Tax return etc.
- Assisting clients in obtaining in tax registrations, Form-30C, Form-30A, Certificate of Coverage
- Prepare/review updates based on reviews of tax case laws, CBDT Circulars & notifications, updates from EPFO, etc
- Developing position papers related to taxation of individuals
- Delivering new labour codes related assignments
- Key role in growing GMS practice in Mumbai, Pune & Ahmedabad
- Assisting in administrative activity such as Risk Management and timely raising of invoice, debtors collection, etc.
- Assist in pitches like preparing proposals, respond to Request for Proposals etc.
- Client management and building relationship, networking across firm
- Team management and building strong relationship
