About the role
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze planning and supply chain requirements.
- Design end‑to‑end SAP IBP solution architectures aligned with client objectives.
- Configure IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
- Lead implementation activities including data load, model setup, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Develop and execute test scripts, conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Create functional and technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., data, analytics, infrastructure) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best‑practice frameworks.
- Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- SAP IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – IBP).
- Strong knowledge of demand, supply, and inventory planning processes.
- Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proficiency in data modeling, master data management, and data loading techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary delivery team.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SAP Activate framework.
