Consultant - TAG

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Sourcer to support high-volume recruitment across multiple business verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for bulk and volume hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, database mining, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess fitment against role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand hiring demand and priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates in ATS and reporting systems.
• Achieve sourcing SLAs, hiring targets, and candidate conversion metrics.
• Drive hiring campaigns, walk-ins, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

• Experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills.

• Experience hiring for Customer Support, Sales, Operations, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services roles.
• Exposure to multilingual or niche skill hiring is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
