About the role
Responsibilities:
- Come up with content ideas people don't scroll past.
- Write sharp, opinionated posts (not generic 5 tips stuff).
- Turn ideas into posts, carousels, explainers, mini-campaigns.
- Own content end-to-end: idea, create post, learn, repeat.
- Help run founder-led events, small meetups, and community formats.
- Use AI tools to move fast (writing, visuals, editing, whatever helps).
Requirements:
- You're obsessed with content and good storytelling.
- You like experimenting, not waiting for briefs.
- You can write clearly and think visually.
- You're comfortable figuring things out as you go.
- You want real ownership, not assist the marketing manager in work.
